Where to Paste the Generated Tags

Why do my OG title and Twitter title auto-fill?
In most cases your social sharing title is the same as your page title, so the generator pre-fills OG and Twitter fields from whatever you type in the title field. You can override them individually if you want different wording for social - for example a shorter or more engaging version of the title for when people share the page on Facebook or X.
What size should my OG image be?
The recommended size for Open Graph images is 1200 x 630 pixels at a minimum. This displays correctly on Facebook, LinkedIn and most other platforms. For Twitter with the summary_large_image card type, the same 1200 x 630 size works well. Keep the file size under 8MB and use JPG or PNG format.
Do I need to set a robots tag?
If you want Google to index and follow links on the page - which is what you want for almost every public page - you do not need a robots tag at all. The default behaviour is index, follow. The generator only includes the robots tag in the output if you select a non-default value, to keep the generated code clean.
